Simple as that
When i´m
alone, some meat with rice and that´s it. I made that choice everytime I am on
my own. First of all, I have a really independent mother. She is always
traveling, or doing some charity or going out with her friends. So, I quite
often have to make my own meal.
My mom
always buys frozen food. I mean, chicken steaks, pork chops and some tuna. So,
all I have to do when i´m home alone, is to make some rice and cook the meat.
Simple as that. I don´t pay too much attention to the cook thing, so I really
don´t know if I like it or not. Maybe it´s because I still don´t pay for my own
food. Anyway, my favorite meal is meat with rice. Maybe I add some cabbage and
celery, but I really do not change the menu.
Simple and easy to make. What kind of rice do you prefer? Have you varied the menu by changing the type of rice or by cooking the meat with different methods ?
